Intelligent liquid? I mean, cool, but can we stop using the term “intelligent” for things that are not, or at least not yet? Maybe programmable or robotic liquid?

A conservative fifth circuit court of appeals overturned a ban on plastic containers made by a company called Inhance. Those container leech PFAS “forever chemicals” at “alarming levels” into anything put into the containers.
The fifth circuit judges wrote that the EPA would have to regulate the containers under section 6 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), which the judges and Inhance claim would require the EPA to take into account the economic impact on Inhance. The company has said a ban on its fluorination process would put it out of business.
Seems like they should be put out of business to me.
It’s unfortunate, but Cleveland.com has more courage to say what the New York Times does not.
I really don’t understand how a company can get away with essentially wiretapping users’ internet activity. It’s wrong and it should be illegal. I guess it’s that users agreed to this by using Onavo. I guess when you’re paying users to give up their privacy, many are happy to do so.
