As someone who has had a colonoscopy, I can confirm the prep is the worst part by a large margin, made worse by outdated prep advice. It was nice to see this validating opinion post on STAT.

We have essentially handed all EV charging in the US to Tesla. Everything else is a joke. If you have a non-Tesla EV, you know the pain of trying to find a working charger.
Wow, crazy. I will say Pi is definitely unique and they have done an amazing job creating a chat interface with incredible empathy that somehow feels authentic. It makes sense they would help others achieve a similar feel. Microsoft clearly isn’t messing around.
I feel like this is research that Tim Ferriss would share. And that’s not meant as any sort of veiled criticism. This was a legitimately interesting read.

I’m trying to get better at the command line. Given how helpful AI copilots have gotten, I’ve been coding more in the last year than I have in the last decade. Given I use macOS, Homebrew has been helpful. I came upon a project called Applite, which is a nice GUI for Homebrew Casks.
TIL about Stashpad, billed as an alternative to Google Docs. Not sure about that, but I really like it! the idea of collaborating on Markdown text files is interesting.
The family made the trek from the west side to Laurel Canyon to hang with one of my close friends. He brought it pizza from Ozzy’s Apizza, a special spot in Glendale that makes New Haven-style “apizza” (it pains me to refer to it like that). The pizza was great and the canyon was magical.
