A snapshot of what I am focused on lately. Inspired by Derek Sivers’ now page.

Work

I am Chief Technology Officer at Frank & Eileen, working where technology, operations, customer experience, and people overlap. I am also continuing to advise Clarity and making time to help founders and leaders when I can.

Making

I am building small, useful systems for myself: email workflows, publishing tools, and other automations that keep the fiddly parts of digital life out of the way. AI is part of that work, mostly as a collaborator for coding, research, and turning rough ideas into working tools.

Reading and listening

I am following the reporting and arguments around AI infrastructure and data centers, spending more time with independent writing and podcasts, and listening to a lot of music. Recent highlights include Jeff Parker and the IVtet at the Lodge Room.

Away from the screen

I am in Los Angeles with Laura, Cassidy, and Ozzie. I am slowly learning the Fujifilm X-T5, carrying a notebook more often, and trying to leave enough room for books, music, and time with my family.
