These were really solid cameras back in the early aughts. Found it in mint condition in a drawer. Battery took a charge and seems to be holding it. Gonna shoot some photos on it today.

Just before we were leaving for camp this morning, the boy accidentally knocked his loose tooth out. Quite the bloody mess AND I dropped the tooth in the sink and it went down the drain! Thank goodness for traps! And OMG wash your sink traps! 🤢
I had a wisdom tooth removed under general anesthesia on Monday. I have no idea if it’s healing well, but I also have nothing with which to compare it. I reluctantly started antibiotics last night. I generally don’t take them unless there’s a good reason. Research suggests it may reduce the risk of infection and dry socket, so here’s hoping.
Finally got around to reconfiguring micro.blog after consolidating everything on bradbarrish.com and moving the main blog to WordPress.com. I had been hosting with Dreamhost for nearly 20 years, which is insane. Trying to be more focused with my online publishing.

Like Ethan I was one of the first few hundred people on Twitter and while I haven’t stopped using it, I’m way less engaged with it and it’s most definitely not what it used to be. The deal I’ve made with myself is that as long as it’s still useful in some way, I’ll stick around.
